Daughter Indicted, Accused Of Fatally Stabbing Her Mother: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments

Maine teen indicted on Salem kidnapping, child rape charges; Methuen accused of pretending to be a cop in Londonderry; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury recently indicted the people listed below.

Mikel Angel Beltran, 38, of Capitol Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on two felony counts of false personation. He was accused of displaying a Lawrence MA Police Department badge and unlawfully possessing blue lights on his vehicle in Londonderry on March 8.

Kaitlyn Beth Blum, 39, of Emery Street in Methuen, MA, on falsifying physical evidence and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and removing it from her pants, putting it in her mouth, and swallowing it, to impair an investigation in Derry on April 17.

Eric L. Brothers, 41, of Renslaer Street in Heuvelton, New York, on a felony count of violation of a protective order-subsequent charge. He was accused of texting a protected party in Kingston on March 22 after being convicted in October 2025 in Brentwood District Court.

Cameron William Brown, 24, of Folly Mill Road in Seabrook, on felony possession of cocaine and simple assault on law enforcement officer charges. He was accused of possessing the drug and spitting blood and/or saliva at a Seabrook police officer on May 2.

Dante Libby Burlingame, 19, of Chipmunk Lane in Monmouth, Maine, on kidnapping and five aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of kidnapping and raping a girl under 13 repeatedly on April 27 in Salem.

Damion Michael Comeau, 28, of Lita Lane in Newmarket, on a felony count of second-degree assault-domestic violence. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Newmarket on May 16.

Jonathan Santiago Cruz Jr., 19, of Hayward Street in Manchester, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing items from a person in Londonderry on May 2.

Michael Ernest Currier, 46, of Litchfield Road in Londonderry, on tampering with witnesses and informants and two stalking charges, all felonies, as well as domestic violence-simple assault, reckless conduct-domestic violence, and two breach of bail charges. He was accused of calling a protected party on April 20 in Brentwood. Previously, according to the indictment, Currier was convicted of stalking in Manchester District Court in November 2025. He was also accused of attempting to get the protected party to falsely claim that an assault was accidental.

Philip James Damon, 48, of Concord Hill Road in Pittsfield, on conduct after an accident, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies, and breach of bail and criminal mischief charges. He was accused of driving a pickup truck into oncoming traffic and crossing over a double yellow line in Northwood on Jan. 16. Damon was also accused of fleeing the scene and parking the damaged truck in a fiend away from his home.

Josiah Liam Davies, 36, of Polly Ann Park in Dover, on a felony resisting arrest or detention-seriously bodily injury charge. He was accused of pulling his body away from a Portsmouth police officer on April 15 and causing a hernia.

Kamden William Day, 20, of Ames Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony count of possession of fentanyl committed while on release on May 12 in Salem.
