Florida Man Indicted On Derry Rape Charge: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Damon Joseph Farrell, 34, of Blake’s Hill Road in Northwood, on two felony counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation, two felony counts of criminal restraint-domestic violence, felony attempted tampering with witnesses and informants, and felony tampering with witnesses and informants, as well as criminal mischief, three domestic violence-simple assault, breach of bail, stalking-domestic violence, and violation of a protective order. Twice on Feb. 25 in Northwood, he strangled an intimate partner and pushed her head down to impede her breathing, according to indictments. Farrell was also accused of damaging the woman’s glasses and pushing her down. On March 3, according to indictments, he offered to give the victim money, via a third party, to drop the charges

Sabrina L. Fogg, 30, of Whitefield Road in Whitefield, on a felony count of reckless conduct-deadly weapon. She was accused of driving a motor vehicle at a Londonderry police officer, nearly striking him, and forcing him to move out of the way on March 19.

Michael Weston Fortine, 49, of Woodville Road in Chester, Maine, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, fentanyl-5 grams or more and crack cocaine-5 grams or more, on Jan. 24, 2024, in Greenland.

Tyler Gianitsis, 35, of Derry, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on obstruct report of a crime-injury, domestic violence-criminal threat, and three extended terms of imprisonment-simple assault charges. He was accused of grabbing a girl’s face with his hands and squishing it and knocking over a table where objects almost struck the girl in the face on April 4 in Derry. Gianitsis was also accused of punching a wall next to the girl’s head.

Kevin Leandra Gilliard, 36, of 117th Street in South Ozone Park, New York, on felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation, domestic violence-obstructing report of a crime-injury, domestic violence-false imprisonment, and four domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner, taking her phone and-or Apple watch away, and grabbing her wrist, striking her shoulder, and punching her face in Rye on Feb. 27.

Christopher Michael Grant, 40, of East Milan Road in Berlin, on delivery of articles prohibited, possession of fentanyl, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug inside the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on March 10 and attempting to swallow the drug to impair an investigation.

Casey Alan Gurley, 37, of an unknown address in Derry, on a felony count of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon-domestic violence charge. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle while an intimate partner was still partially inside on March 15 in Derry.

Anthony John Hallock, 44, of Pimberton Drive in Hudson, Florida, on aggravated felonious sexual assault and attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of raping another person while they were physically helpless to resist on Dec. 6, 2025, in Derry.

Scottie Holguin, 29, of Dublin Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on forgery and attempted theft by deception charges, all felonies. He was accused of drawing on another person’s Citizens Bank account on Nov. 6, 2025, in Hampton and attempting to cash it.

Scott David Howe, 53, a homeless man now located in Exeter, on theft by unauthorized taking and four burglary charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Ani’s Bagel Café in Exeter and a building on Front Street on Feb. 18 and burglarizing a building on Linden Street on Feb. 24.
