Londonderry Sex Offender Indicted On Rape, Gun Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Manchester man accused of trying to lure boy to rape; Derry thief indicted on new charge; Dracut man accused of stealing a school bus.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.
Kimberley Ann Belanger, 46, of Linlew Drive in Derry, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of failing to scan items at the Walmart self-checkout on May 9, 2025, in Derry. According to the indictment, she has twice been convicted of theft charges.
Jennifer Marie Billings, 46, of Millstone Road in Pelham, on a felony theft by deception charge. She was accused of obtaining or exercising control over more than $1,500 of money owned by the Strawberry Hill Condominium Association between Oct. 1, 2024, and Dec. 31, 2025, in Plaistow.

Vodie K. Bishop, 34, of Westminster Drive in Londonderry, on aggravated felonious sexual assault, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and failure to comply with sex offender registry charges, all felonies. He was accused of coercing a woman to submit to sexual penetration by threatening to hurt her friends — “they better not come here or they’re going to die” or words to the effect, while holding a gun on Oct. 18, 2025, in Londonderry, according to the indictment. Bishop was also accused of possessing a firearm after being convicted on a felonious sexual assault charge in Hillsborough County in September 2013. Bishop was accused of failing to register with police in October 2025.
Kayla V. Boucher, 30, of Concord Way in Portsmouth, on identity fraud and fraudulent use of a credit card charges, both felonies. Between Jan. 19 and Feb. 15, 2024, in Portsmouth, she was accused of using another person’s identity to obtain a credit card and used it to obtain goods and services.

Kristina L. Bryant, 39, of Eastman Road Center in Conway on a felony possession of a controlled substance-subsequent-methamphetamine charge on June 27, 2025, in Greenland.
Bricky Alan Butler, 64, of Manor Drive in Portsmouth, on a felony count of receiving stolen property and a breach of bail charge. He was accused of retaining stolen totes, tools, and other items in Portsmouth, on Nov. 5, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, Butler was convicted on theft in Portsmouth District Court in August 2023 and Rockingham County Superior Court in November 2023.

Scott Alan Keraghan, 28, of Wheeler Road in Dracut, Massachusetts, on receiving stolen property, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing a North Reading Transportation school bus in Salem, driving recklessly on Cross Street, and concealing a cellphone to impair an investigation on Oct. 14, 2025.
Jacob Allen Lawrence, 25, of Kelleys Corner Road in Chichester, on driving while being certified as a habitual offender and two possession of a controlled drug charges, methamphetamine and crack cocaine, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and driving on Myles Drive in Auburn on July 24, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. At the time, according to the indictment, he was out on bail from Belknap County Superior Court.
Timothy Patrick Leahy Jr., 43, of Charlemont Circle in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of meth charge on March 10, 2024, in Portsmouth.
Joshua Mark Marooney, 29, of Valley Street in Manchester, on possession of fentanyl and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on Nov. 6, 2025, in Londonderry. He was previously convicted on one or more prior offenses, according to the indictment.
Todd Edward Marsh Jr., 39, of Lowell Street in Manchester, on a possession of meth charge on May 28, 2025, in Kingston.
Robert Emerson Mayo IV, 45, of New Boston Road in Kingston, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of punching a person in the head, causing a hematoma and-or traumatic brain injury to another on March 2, 2025, in Plaistow.

Michael William McBride, 53, of Bridge Street in Manchester, on attempted endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent, certain uses of computer services, and attempted felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of attempting to solicit a boy to rape by communicating with him on Telegram between Sept. 1 and Oct. 17, 2025, in Kingston.
