Man From California Indicted On 16 Forgery Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments

Somersworth man indicted on meth sale charge; Derry man indicted on unemployment compensation fraud charge; man accused of making a threat.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.

Maria Cerullo, 52, of Baystate Road in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on July 30, 2024, in Salem.

Dana L. Chatman, 48, of Buffumsville Road in Somersworth, on possession of methamphetamine and possession of meth with intent to sell charges, both felonies, in Newington on Feb. 25, 2025.

Gongping Cheng, 39, of Sierra Vista Monterey in Monterey Park, California, on reckless conduct-deadly weapon and 16 forgery charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing fake licenses of people from California, Georgia, Maryland, and New Jersey. Cheng was also accused of driving at a high-rate of speed, fleeing from troopers, and driving over tire deflation devices without stopping on Oct. 20, 2025, in Portsmouth.

Nicholas C. Colarusso, 36, of Hoodkroft Drive in Derry, on unemployment compensation fraud, theft by deception, and attempted unemployment compensation fraud charges, all felonies. He was accused of making willfully false statements to receive benefits to the New Hampshire Department of Employment Security, failing to report earnings from landscaping businesses, between April 1, 2020, and April 14, 2021.

Clarissa Conley, 34, of Sangia-Comon Drive in New Windsor, New York, on a felony principle-accomplice-theft by unauthorized taking charge. She worked in concert with Shelly Santos, acting as a lookout, as Santos stole more than $1,500 in cash from another person in Portsmouth, according to the indictment.

Kevin Michael Connell, 57, of Zealand Park in Seabrook, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl and cocaine mix charges, both felonies, as well as a driving under the influence charge. He was accused of possessing the drugs and driving under the influence on Interstate 95 in Hampton on July 2, 2025.

Francisco Cortes, 33, of Grove Street in Manchester, on felon in possession of a deadly weapon and criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of pulling out a knife and pointing it at another person on Sept. 27, 2025, in Salem. Cortes is a felon due to a prior conviction.

Elizabeth Cummings, 32, of Kristine Drive in Derry, on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charge. She was accused of strangling a man on May 31, 2025, in Derry.

Nancy Beth Doyon, 65, of Wash Pond in East Hampstead, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from the Hannaford supermarket in Exeter on Aug. 19, 2025, after being convicted twice previously of theft.

Michael Anthony Drake aka Michael Anthony Boucher, 35, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, on a felony domestic violence-criminal threatening and criminal threatening and stalking-domestic violence charges. He was accused of texting a firearm threat message to a woman, a protected party, on Sept. 23, 2025, in Derry, and calling her on the phone twice on Oct. 31, 2025.

Jackson Ryan Driscoll, 25, of Brady Avenue in Salem, on a felony assault by prisoners charge. He was accused of striking a corrections officer in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on Oct. 21, 2025.

Randy Lee Estabrook, 43, of Batchelder Road in Raymond, on four felony counts of nonsupport. He was accused of failing to provide for minor children on Aug. 5, 2025, in Candia.
