Man Indicted On Possession, Distribution, And Manufacturing Child Sexual Abuse Images: Rockingham County

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury recently indicted the people listed below.

Amber R. Dane, 39, of Grattan Street in Chicopee, Massachusetts, on a felony count of theft of services. She was accused of obtaining hair extensions and coloring from Gloss and Mane Hair Studio in Londonderry without paying for the remaining balance of more than $1,500 on May 14.

Roger S. Depina, 38, of Harmony Drive in Standish, Maine, on a felony count of reckless conduct-deadly weapon. He was accused of placing an Atkinson police officer and/or other motorists in danger by driving dangerously and swerving between lanes on May 3.

Clay Dow, 39, and Karen Dow, 36, both of North Barnstead Road in Center Barnstead, on deceptive forestry business practices, theft by misapplication of property, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. According to the indictments, they worked in concert to remove timber from a property in Raymond without properly compensating the owner between April 1 and June 30, 2023.

Jennifer Rebecca Ellis, 31, of Wayne Drive in Derry, on a felony reckless conduct-domestic violence charge. She was accused of placing others in danger by striking a walkway and shrubbery in front of a Derry home on April 21.

Edward Michael Enea, 46, of Culver Street in Plaistow, on five distribution of child sexual abuse images, four manufacture of child sexual abuse images, and three possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was video recording himself raping a boy between Sept. 1 and Oct. 31, 2025, in Plaistow, possessing the videos, selling or exchanging the videos, and transferring them through Snapchat.

Xavier Andres Estrada, 21, of Mammoth Road in Manchester, on a felony count of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. He was accused of driving 134 mph in Londonderry in a vehicle without its headlights or taillights illuminated on March 9.

Dayna Margaret Ghirarda, 45, of Forest Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on felony receiving stolen property and two extended term of imprisonment-simple assault charges. She was accused of possessing a stolen Ford Edge on June 13 in Derry. Ghirarda was also accused of spitting on one Derry police officer and pushing another.

Timothy James Giorgi, 29, of Main Street in Kingston, on operating while certified as a habitual offender and driving while intoxicated-fourth offense charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving while intoxicated a GMC on Crane Crossing Road in Plaistow on May 21. Giorgi was convicted in January 2022 and twice in June 2021 in Brentwood District Court.

Joshua M. Hanna, 37, of Holly Hammock Lane in Brooksville, Florida, on four felony counts second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Nov. 6, 2020, and between Nov. 30, 2020, and Dec. 11, 2020, in Derry.

Cody Julian Harkness, 34, a member of the unhoused community in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony count of possession of cocaine on Nov. 18, 2025, in Seabrook.

Crew Matthew Hatfield, 18, of Ponemah Road in Amherst, on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender committed while on release charge. He was accused of driving on Route 27 in Brentwood on May 22 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV and being released on bail out of Hampton District Court.
