Man Indicted On Violation Of Privacy Charge, Accused Of Recording A Girl: Rockingham County Indictments

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury recently indicted the people listed below.

Norman R. Chapman, 36, of Main Street in Nashua, on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving in the parking lot of the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem on June 5 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Paul David Chavez, 39, of Wilmarth Avenue in East Providence, Rhode Island, on a felony count of receiving stolen property. He was accused of receiving more than $1,500 of insulation owned by Service Partners of Salem that he knew or believed was stolen on March 12.

Damir Cosic, 36, of Log Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 10, 2025, in Epping. He was previously convicted of one or more offenses.

Katelyn Cynewski, 42, of South Road in Exeter, on possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on March 5 in Seabrook.

Richard Scott Dembowski, 70, of Main Road in Center Conway, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 in merchandise from Home Depot in Portsmouth between March 5 and May 30, 2025,

Aaron Douglas Driver, 33, of Railroad Avenue in Seabrook, on a felony burglary charge. He was aided by or worked in concert with Vicki Jo Knowles in burglarizing a building on 98 Amesbury Road in Kensington on Nov. 26, 2025, according to the incident.

Jared Rene Dumais, 37, of Bypass 28 in Derry, on a felony possession of psilocin charge on Feb. 10 in Derry.

Kory Lupinski, 39, with a last known address of Kona Farm Road in Moultonborough, on a felony violation of privacy charge. He was accused of using a device to record a girl under 16 in a bathroom on Jan. 4 in Exeter.

Sabine Marechal, 40, of Washington Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on first-degree assault and two reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. She was accused of driving recklessly and causing a collision with injuries to a young child and danger to others in Plaistow on Sept. 18, 2025. The child, according to the indictment, sustained a laceration of their right eye and fractures to the child’s clavicle and ribs.

Jonathan Michael Marks, 40, of Schurman Drive in Derry, on a felony count of theft of lost or mislaid property. He was accused of obtaining a purse containing a wallet valued at more than $1,500 in Londonderry on Dec. 30, 2025.

Mark Stephan Maynard, 49, of Suncook Valley Road in Chichester, on three theft by deception and seven issuing bad checks charges, all felonies. He was accused of issuing bad checks to Car Parts DC of Derry, valued at around $6,000 on Nov. 7, Nov. 8, and Nov. 12, 2025, as well as bad checks to Candia Trailers in Candia, valued at around $22,200 on Dec. 12, Dec. 16, and Dec. 19, 2025,
