Anthony Pellegrini, 43, of Barnegat passed Friday, Feb. 10, 2012. Born and raised in Staten Island, N.Y., he was a U.S. Army veteran of the Persian Gulf War.
Employed as an independent trucker for the Prime Trucking Corp. out of Springfield, Mo., he resided in Michigan before settling in New Jersey. Anthony was a member of the F&AM Masonic Lodge, Toms River.
Surviving are his beloved son, Trevor S. Pellegrini; loving parents, Angela A. and John L. Pellegrini; a sister, Bernadette and husband Kevin Connors; a brother, Arthur and wife Terri Pellegrini; grandmother, Benedetta Colucci; and two nieces and a nephew, Kelly, Colleen and Ryan Connors.

A viewing will be held Wednesday, Feb. 15 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. A funeral Mass will be offered at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 16 at St. Mary of the Pines Church, Manahawkin. A private cremation will follow.
