The Horticulturists from Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Ocean County and Rutgers Master Gardener volunteers had a blast doing winter sowing. In fact, they had “sow” much fun, they have offered the Ocean County Parks and Recreation some of their overflow so you can learn the beauty of going native this spring! We will provide the soil, plants, and pots. All you have to do is come with willing hands to transplant and learn something new about these native plants as you pot them to take home! AGES: 12 years – Adult. FEE: $5.00 per person.
