Five private gardens and two public gardens from Barnegat Light to Beach Haven open their gates to visitors on Thursday, June 25 10 to 4 pm. The Garden Club of LBI presents this event as part of their fund-raising work on the island, awarding four college scholarships this year to local students, supporting 7 environmental initiatives and continuing year round community programs for children and seniors. New this year is "Petals, Pots and Treasures", a garden market of fresh flowers and garden bargains! Four local shops feature their best and ten Pine Shores Artists create on-site.
