Bernards Twp. Zoning Board To Hear Multiple Variance Requests Wednesday

A major subdivision application and three South Finley Avenue appeals are on the agenda.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ - The Bernards Township Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Warren Craft Meeting Room, according to the board's agenda.

The board will hold a completeness hearing on a major subdivision application from CIG Mt Airy LLC for a property at 180-188 Mt. Airy Road, which also includes requests for bulk variances and "d" variances for conditional use and floor area ratio, the agenda shows.

The board will also hold completeness and public hearings on several bulk variance applications, according to the agenda.

Additionally, the board will hear appeals of the zoning officer's decision from three related applicants — 59 South Finley LLC, 87 South Finley LLC and 93 South Finley LLC — regarding properties on South Finley Avenue, the agenda shows.

The board will also vote on a resolution awarding a change order for its 2026 professional services contract for the board attorney, and will consider approval of minutes from a May 14, 2026 special session.
