A live animal presentation is also scheduled as part of the afternoon. The center has invited Eyes of the Wild for a show at 1 p.m., where animal educators will present facts about the animals they bring.

Past appearances have included a white arctic fox, a wallaby from Australia, and a giant boa constrictor that audience members had a chance to touch.

The event centers on outdoor exploration and environmental learning for families and other visitors interested in the site’s year-round programming.
