Hydrant Flushing In Belleville May Cause Low Pressure, Discolored Water
Belleville will be flushing fire hydrants in a section of town near the Nutley border for two weeks.
BELLEVILLE, NJ — Belleville will be flushing fire hydrants in a section of town near the Nutley border for two weeks.
According to a municipal advisory, the flushing will take place from Franklin Avenue to the Nutley border, and Joralemon Street to Nutley border. It began Tuesday, June 2 and will continue until Tuesday, June 16.
“During this time, you may experience low water pressure or discolored water,” the town advisory said. “Thank you in advance for your patience.”
