The new plans for the Berkeley Town Center site will go before the planning board this month.
BERKELEY, NJ — Developers are proposing a few changes to the plan for the upcoming Berkeley Town Center, which will be built upon where the Beachwood Mall once sat.
The property has undergone several changes throughout the years, but now is set to once again become a shopping center.
The developers, Berkeley Shopping Center Urban Renewal, LLC, have filed an application with the Berkeley Township Planning Board to amend their previously-approved application.
