Trick Or Trunk Sets Return For Berkeley Kids

BERKELEY, NJ — Berkeley Township residents with children through sixth grade will have a Halloween event to mark on their calendars this fall.

Councilman Angelo Guadagno announced that the annual trick or trunk event is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Veterans Park. Guadagno said the event is for Berkeley Township residents up to sixth grade.

Guadagno described the event as a popular annual attraction for local families. He said grandparents and parents regularly attend with children and that turnout is strong.

Residents who want to take part by decorating a vehicle and handing out candy can contact Berkeley Township Recreation at 732-269-4456.

Guadagno also urged families planning to attend to arrive early because of long lines. He said the posted start time is 1 p.m., but he suggested getting there earlier because of the crowd.

“It really is a great day,” Guadagno said.
