A public hearing on the application was originally set for June 11 with the Bedminster Land Use Board. However, the applicant requested that it be postponed.
The hearing will now be heard on Aug. 13 at 7 p.m.
This ballroom application follows the construction of a controversial, opulent $300 million White House ballroom.
The Washington D.C. 90,000-square-foot addition has already resulted in the building's east wing being entirely demolished to make room for it.
