2 Cars Stolen In Bloomfield Over 3-Day Span: Police

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Two cars were recently stolen over a three-day span in Bloomfield, authorities say.

The Bloomfield Police Department released the following details about each incident:

July 15 – Officers responded to the area of Tunbridge Place after getting a report about a motor vehicle theft. A resident provided video surveillance of two men near his residence in a black Infiniti G35. The suspects then entered the complainant’s vehicle and drove away with it. The vehicle, a white 2015 Infiniti Q5, was entered as stolen. This incident is under investigation.

July 17 – Officers responded to the area of Alfred Lane after getting a report about a motor vehicle theft. A resident parked her vehicle in the rear lot overnight and when she returned the following morning, it was missing. The vehicle, a gray 2018 Ford Escape, was entered as stolen. This incident is under investigation.
