New Bar, Pizzeria Opens First Location In NJ

BARRINGTON, NJ — A new bar, restaurant, and pizzeria welcomed guests on Monday in Barrington.

The "Thirsty Turtle Tavern" opened at 4 p.m. at its new 270 White Horse Pike location.

Along with weekday happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m., the restaurant runs specials throughout the week on everything from wine to sushi.

A "Boozy Brunch," with mimosas, omelettes, and more, is coming every weekend beginning in Fall 2026.

The "Thirsty Turtle" opens every day at 11 a.m. and closes at 11 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays.

The bar and restaurant are both open until 12 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

They also offer catering and private event reservations.

The Barrington restaurant is the second "Thirsty Turtle Tavern" location, joining the other in Whitehall, Pennsylvania.
