Urban Gardening for a Healthier You: Controlled-Environment Agriculture & Indoor Food Production: Grow fresh food indoors, year-round. This 8-lesson course covers hydroponics, aquaponics, plant science, food safety, and farm operations. It also shows how indoor growing can serve your home or community. Two onsite sessions put the learning in your hands: you'll build a working Dutch bucket system and design your own growing setup. Graduates earn a Foundation Certificate in CEA Food Production from UrbanPonics.
