Caring for a loved one can be rewarding, but it can also be physically and emotionally demanding. Middlesex County offers Caregiver Support Groups that provide caregivers with a safe and welcoming environment to share experiences, discuss challenges, and learn from others facing similar situations.

Support groups can help reduce stress, provide encouragement, and connect caregivers with valuable community resources. Whether you're caring for a spouse, parent, family member, or friend, you don't have to do it alone.
