Craft Supply Swap Returns to East Brunswick Public Library

Have too many supplies? You can donate them to the East Brunswick Public Library, East Brunswick Sustainability Task Force and the Friends of the Environmental Commission’s annual Craft Supply Swap.

Donations will be accepted at the East Brunswick Public Library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center Drive) from Thursday, September 24 through Monday, September 26. Donated items will be collected at the library’s Information Desk; there is a limit of two bags/boxes of donations.

“Donations can be anything; yarn, buttons, fabric and trim, unopened paint, and even jewelry making tools,” said Melissa Hozik, Adult Services Programming Librarian. “If it hasn't been used but could be loved by another crafter, it’s a great donation.”

All supply donors will be given an early admission ticket to the craft swap.

The craft supply swap will be held on Tuesday, September 29 at 6:00 pm. The first hour is limited to those who donated materials and must bring their ticket. General admission is from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm; there is a limit of taking one bag full of supplies. After 8:00 pm, attendees can take as many remaining supplies as they want.
