Planning your estate can be one of the most complex and stressful decisions you can make. Edison, NJ-based attorney Kenneth Vercammen leads the workshop “Will & Estate Planning” at the East Brunswick Public Library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center Drive) on Wednesday, February 25 at 6:00 pm.

His workshop covers what needs to be included in a will, determining a power of attorney, living will and advance directives for medical care, determining estate planning when you can’t get to a law office, and the dangers of having no will or if the documents are invalid.

Vercammen is also a speaker for the NJ State Bar Association at the annual Nuts & Bolts of Elder Law & Estate Administration program. He has also authored the ABA’s Wills and Estate Administration book, as well as over 150 articles in law publications like New Jersey Law Journal, ABA Law Practice Management Magazine, and New Jersey Lawyer.
