Mayor Brad Cohen joined representatives from the Township of East Brunswick and the East Brunswick Regional Chamber of Commerce for the ceremony. </p> <p>Cousins Justin Bustos and Joseph Maglaqui co-own the business, which serves what they describe as "A Taste of the Philippines."
