Hightstown High School

The Annual Latino Festival of Hightstown-East Windsor will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 1-7 PM at Hightstown High School, located at 25 Leshin Lane in Hightstown, New Jersey. The event is free and open to the public, and ADA accessible and free parking is available on site. This year the event will be held indoors at the high school auditorium.
Established in 2013 by local residents from Hightstown and East Windsor under the auspices of Rise Community Service, the purpose of the festival is to showcase the artistic and cultural traditions of Latinos in New Jersey and to promote intercultural awareness and understanding.&nbsp;
This year the festival will showcase a varied program of music and dance representing traditions from Latin America and the Caribbean. The program will feature the following artists: Seleccion de la Bachata (Dominican Republic), Nostalgia (Andean music), cuatro player and singer Gabriel Muñoz (Puerto Rico), Milos FUNKY, Danny Galan and Nathy Granada, and Wilmer Manga and his ensemble (Colombia). The event will also include local business exhibitors, health resources, arts and crafts, games, food sales and raffles.&nbsp;
The 13th Annual Latino Festival is organized by the Hightstown-East Windsor Latino Festival Committee, with generous support from Rise, A Community Service Partnership and sponsorships from many business and community organizations.&nbsp;

Harvest of Hope is NAMI Mercer's annual conference offered at no charge as a gift of wellness to the community. Launched in 2009, Harvest of Hope traditionally brings more than 200 people together to learn strategies and resources that promote mental health and wellbeing while also deepening understanding of mental illness. 
This year our plenary session special guest is Landon Donovan, American Soccer star and mental health advocate. He will be live-streamed for a fireside chat led by talented, local playwright, David Lee White, who will be in-person. Donovan will address his serious battles with depression and how he found peace on and off the pitch. His recently released memoir is noted as "a powerful testament to resilience, identity, and the pursuit of self-acceptance." Conference goers will have the opportunity to engage in a live Q &amp; A with Donovan following the interview. 
The day also includes practical, interactive workshops, thoughtful conversations rooted in personal experience, a collaborative art project, an uplifting concluding activity, and plenty of opportunities for community-building. We consistently hear this day described as one that is uplifting, inspiring, and filled with hope.
