The following is a summary of incidents as reported by East Windsor Police:

EAST WINDSOR, NJ — On April 12 at 4:34 a.m., an officer arrested an East Windsor resident for driving under the influence after locating a disabled vehicle with a flat tire that appeared to have been involved in a minor motor vehicle collision. The 35-year-old was released in accordance with John’s Law.

On April 15, at 8:17 p.m., an officer arrested a Sicklerville, NJ resident for shoplifting $262.71 worth of groceries. The 25-year-old was released on a complaint summons pending court action.
