Fort Lee Health Department To Host Free Mental Health Awareness Event

The free educational program will cover the basics of mental health challenges and disorders.

FORT LEE, NJ — The Fort Lee Health Department will host a community discussion on mental health titled "Let's Talk About Mental Health" on Friday, July 31, from 11 a.m. to noon at the Fort Lee Public Library, 320 Main Street.

The free educational program will cover the basics of mental health challenges and disorders, how to support a family member or friend who may be struggling, common risk factors and warning signs, and protective factors that promote mental health resilience.

The session will be presented by Rachel Weil, MA, LPC, ACS, NCC, CCMHC, of Care Plus NJ.
