MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ — The weekend has officially arrived.

As the summer season continues, there’s plenty of exciting events happening along the Jersey Shore.

Whether you’re looking to keep the Fourth of July celebrations going with patriotic events, shop from local creators, or hear some live music, here are six local events happening this weekend in Monmouth County:

Uncle Sam Patriotic Paddle

• Date: Saturday
• Location: On Spring Lake
• Details: Keep the Fourth of July celebrations going and help Spring Lake mark America’s 250th Anniversary with the Uncle Sam Patriotic Paddle. The event rain date is Sunday.

Flea Market

• Date: Saturday
• Location: The Historic Village at Allaire (4263 Atlantic Avenue, Farmingdale)
• Details: Check out the Historic Village at Allaire’s 2026 flea market. $5 per person to enter (Allaire members enter free). All proceeds benefit the nonprofit that operates Allaire Village.

Freehold Township Day

• Date: Saturday
• Location: Michael J. Tighe Park (65 Georgia Road, Freehold)
• Details: Enjoy rides, live music, splash pads, food, vendors, a car show, fireworks and more at the annual Freehold Township Day.

Pride Fest In The Park

• Date: Saturday
• Location: Veterans Park (Highlands)
• Details: Enjoy food trucks, live music, a beer garden, vendors and more at Highlands 4th Annual Pride Fest in the Park. Free admission and parking.

Bands On The Sand

• Date: Sunday
• Location: West End Beach (Long Branch)
• Details: Enjoy live music on the beach in this edition of Long Branch’s Bands on the Sand free concert series. In case of inclement weather, shows will be moved to the Long Branch Senior Center.

Jazz, Blues & More: Summer Concert Series

• Date: Sunday
• Location: Downtown Freehold Gazebo (10 East Main Street, Freehold)
• Details: Enjoy the smooth sounds of summer at the latest edition of the Freehold Borough Arts Council’s Jazz, Blues & More: Summer Concert Series.
