“LeadHERship in ’26” is new Bovio Rubino Service Community Cause

A leadership conference next summer, partnerships with South Jersey
nonprofit organizations that advance young women and opportunities for
Bovio Rubino Service team members to get involved are all part of
“LeadHERship in ’26.”
Bovio Rubino Service is a Voorhees, New Jersey headquartered residential
HVAC and plumbing company led by President Angela Rubino Hines. After
being named one of the “Top 12 Women in HVAC” nationally by ACHR News
in 2025, Hines, also Mom to two young women, was inspired to focus the
company’s 2026 community cause on opportunities for young women in
South Jersey.
Every year since 2023, Bovio Rubino Service has championed a different
community cause. After focusing on youth sports in 2025, animal awareness
and protection in 2024 and hunger relief in 2023, “LeadHERship in ‘26”
advances opportunities for young women through leadership development,
career readiness, entrepreneurship and community betterment.

don’t become the owner of a successful, independent company alone. I’ve

is a way to give back and inspire the next generation of leaders right here in
