Paving Work Continues In Hackettstown This Week

Road closures will be in effect in and around the work zone.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — Road paving work will continue this week as part of Hackettstown's roadway improvement program.

Crews will pave Monroe Street between Center Street and Valentine Street on Wednesday, July 15.

  • Hamilton Drive (between Fifth Street and Countryside Drive)
  • Fifth Street (between East Prospect Street and Hamilton Drive)
  • East Prospect Street (between Route 46/Main Street and Fourth Street)

Construction is scheduled to take place from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., though all dates and times are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Residents are reminded to remove all vehicles from the street by 6:30 a.m. each day. Those planning to use vehicles parked in driveways during milling and paving operations should also move them by 6:30 a.m. Access to driveways will be restored once barricades are removed at the end of each workday.
