New Restaurant Inspired By International Street Food Opening In South Jersey

Bold flavors with modern takes on classic Chinese food will be available, the restaurant said.

DELRAN, NJ — A new Shanghai-style restaurant is on its way to Delran.

"Ugly Dumpling," with specialties that include dumplings, soups, and boba tea, will be opening its first spot in South Jersey at the former site of "Crab Du Jour" along Route 130.

Along with the namesake dumplings, the menu is filled with wok-fired classics, themed cocktails, and desserts. You can even add a side of soy garlic wings to your favorite bowl of noodles.
