Those projects include maintaining the Neshanic Station House Garden, the Sensory Garden at Ann Van Middlesworth Park, and the Gazebo and Blue Star Gardens at the Hillsborough Municipal Building.
The club also runs the Greens Workshop, which the source says has continued for 30 years, and a youth program that has engaged children at the public library and local YMCA for more than 20 years.
This year's flower show will include two divisions, Horticulture and Design.
In the Horticulture division, the three sections are herbs, container-grown annuals, and vegetables. The Design division will include two classes, pedestals and miniatures.
Members have been preparing for the event by learning about miniature design, how vegetables are judged, floral design, and the importance of completing an entry card.
Members also have been encouraged to keep plant tags and seed packets so horticulture entries can be labeled correctly.
The public will be able to attend the show, and club members and the public may register to enter by contacting Diana Reinhardt at greinhardt9@gmail.com.
