Gourmet Ice Cream Sandwich Shop Coming To Hoboken
Once you've eaten a sandwich from one of Hoboken's famous delis, why not have an ice cream sandwich for dessert? A new shop is coming.
HOBOKEN, NJ — Hoboken is known for its deli sandwiches with fresh "mutz." But why not follow up with a different kind of sandwich for dessert?
The Baked Bear custom ice cream shop placed signage this week on upper Washington Street.

The chain already has two locations at the Jersey Shore, as well as spots in Westfield and New Brunswick. A Princeton shop opened last month.
The store allows customers to mix and match cookies, ice cream, and toppings like sprinkles and brownie bites. You can even get your sandwich heated up.
