Hoboken Hosts Final World Cup Soccer Events This Weekend
With the final World Cup match set for this weekend, several public events are planned in the area.
HOBOKEN, NJ — Several World Cup and soccer-themed events will take place in Hoboken this weekend as the final match is set for Sunday.
A slew of events will take place at both the south and north end of town that day, starting at 11 a.m.

Sunday, July 19, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Final Match Celebration
Zone 1: First Street between Washington and Garden streets
Face painter 12-5, lawn games.

3 p.m.: Argentina vs. Spain match shown on a big-screen.
Zone 4: 14th Street between Bloomfield and Washington Streets
Lawn games, face painting, and live band
OMG bubbles, 12-4
Food vending by The Madison, Baja Mexican Cuisine, Kiki Lu Gelato, and The Shepherd & the Knucklehead
