HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — For those who like their cocktails sweet, fruity, and with a hint of salt, National Margarita Day this coming Sunday is a good reason to celebrate (even if the snow forces you to wait a few days to eat out).
The tequila-based cocktail is normally served with tequila, triple sec, and lime or lemon juice. Some connoisseurs enjoy them frozen, others on the rocks. And there are restaurants in Hudson County that boast dozens of flavored margs.
