Marshals have offered a $5,000 reward for Marin's capture, releasing a new poster this week that says he also goes by the aliases Luis Alberto, Luis Hernandez, and Luis Rodriguez.
He's considered armed and dangerous, marshals said.

Fundraiser For Victim
Pulgarin's family started a GoFundMe in March for his pre-teen son.
The family also asked the community to stop sharing videos of the incident out of respect for the boy. Two videos circulated on social media of the confrontation and aftermath, apparently taken from nearby windows.
"Our intention is to protect the emotional well-being, privacy, and peace of his beloved son, who is navigating an immense loss. We truly appreciate your compassion, respect, and support," says the fundraiser.
