HOLMDEL, NJ — The polls have closed, and unofficial results are in for the Township Committee's Republican primary race.
With 10 out of 10 districts reporting, current committee member Gary Vanderham has secured 886 votes, followed by his running mate Thomas "TJ" Mann with 859 votes.

Challenger Kristin Celauro came in third with 515 votes, followed by her running mate Ronald Emma, who secured 466 votes.
Incumbent Joseph A. Romano secured 249 votes, according to unofficial election results. All five candidates were running for two of the party's open nomination spots.

No one filed a petition to run for committee in the Democratic primary race.
