Special Needs Resource Fair Coming To Hazlet

The fair aims to connect families of those with special needs to local organizations, resources and support services.

HAZLET, NJ — Community members are invited to join the Friends of the Hazlet Library and Hazlet Police for a Special Needs Resource Fair this fall.

Set to take place on Saturday, Oct. 17, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hazlet Police Department, this free community event aims to connect families of those with special needs to local organizations, resources and support services.

  • Resources & Support Services: Connect directly with local organizations
  • Animal Companions: Meet therapy dogs and a mini horse
  • Activities & Entertainment: Family-friendly fun for everyone
  • Police Station Tours: Explore the station in an accessible environment
  • Food Truck: On-site refreshments available

"Enjoy a fun, welcoming atmosphere designed to bring our community together while celebrating inclusion!" the township said in an online post.
