NJ Woman, TX Man Hospitalized In Morris Co. Car Crash

Investigators are seeking the public's help to learn more about the collision.

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Two people have been hospitalized following a car crash in Morris County, according to police.

On Tuesday, just before 3 p.m., Mount Olive police were called to Route 206 in the Flanders section of town on reports of a collision.

Authorities discovered that a white Chevrolet Tahoe, driven by a 38-year-old Randall, Texas man, collided with a black Toyota Corolla, driven by a 22-year-old Hopatcong woman, police said.

Both drivers sustained “serious injuries” as a result of the crash and were each rushed to the Morristown Medical Center. Their current conditions are not known as of press time.

Route 206 was closed in both directions for about three hours as the crash was cleaned up.
