Engaging – And Engaged! – Couple Finds Dream Lifestyle at The Hopewell Chapter

Nursing professionals make career move to Hopewell Township and embrace luxury rental living

When Joseph Zoppi and Natalie Stiner share pictures of themselves swimming, relaxing by the fire pit, or strolling through natural green landscapes, their friends ask them where they went on vacation. They are surprised to learn the couple isn’t on vacation at all. The carefree scenes are just part of their everyday lifestyle at The Hopewell Chapter.

Mr. Zoppi and Ms. Stiner moved to The Hopewell Chapter in August, 2025. The luxury rental community was brand-new and the location was perfect. Both Mr. Zoppi, a nurse practitioner, and Ms. Stiner, a nurse, were embracing a career opportunity. They started working for Capital Health Medical Center, which has a location just minutes down the road from their new apartment.

They had thoroughly researched apartments in the area and visited quite a few, but their visit to The Hopewell Chapter made their decision easy. The residences were modern and spacious. The staff was genuine and dedicated to service. The amenities were perfect for their lifestyle. As a recently engaged couple, they were excited to make this the first apartment they would share together.

“We looked at a lot of apartments that looked nice online and then you would go in person and it wasn’t quite what you were expecting,” Mr. Zoppi said. “The Hopewell Chapter was totally different. It looked exactly like the photos. The people are very friendly, the upkeep is amazing, and at the end of a chaotic day, you come home to a nice resort setting.”

The Hopewell Chapter is a collection of 270 rental residences across six residential buildings, developed by New Jersey-based developer Kushner Real Estate (KRE). Mr. Zoppi and Ms. Stiner selected a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with a loft space on the fourth floor.

The home’s details make it special. The couple loves the herringbone tile backsplash and granite countertops in the kitchen, as well as the extra-high ceilings that come with their loft layout. The black out curtains and soundproofing between units is especially convenient for Mr. Zoppi, who often works the night shift. The loft is their office. There is always something new to learn in Mr. Zoppi’s field, cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, so he uses the space to read and do research. Ms. Stiner uses it to read and paint. When it is time to relax together, they step out onto their private balcony.

“I love our little balcony. It overlooks the pool and has fantastic views of the sunset,” Ms. Stiner said. “Overall, everything is very clean looking and modern. Very inviting. I feel like from the first moment we moved here it has been a welcoming place to live.”

The Hopewell Chapter’s warm interior spaces mix contemporary convenience with touches of local heritage, creating spaces that feel both fresh and familiar. The community’s architecture also draws inspiration from local traditions and character through features such as pitched roofs and natural stone accents. All residents enjoy thoughtfully designed, open floor plans, maximized storage space, keyless entry, high-speed ethernet wiring, and in-unit laundry appliances, all details which the couple says are convenient and time-saving.

A Perfect Day at The Hopewell Chapter

A perfect day for Mr. Zoppi and Ms. Stiner combines a relaxing morning in their apartment with enjoying The Hopewell Chapter’s onsite amenities and exploring the local culinary scene.

It starts with a leisurely breakfast of banana chocolate chip pancakes, fruit and coffee, all made in their apartment kitchen. Then they head into New Hope, Pa., to stroll through the downtown, find a trail to explore, and grab a bite to eat. They make sure to visit Nektar Wine Bar, a Mediterranean-style restaurant serving small plates, wine, whiskey and beer. Then it’s back home to relax by the heated outdoor pool or the fire pit.

Alternate versions of their perfect day include visiting Hopewell Valley Vineyards, located about three miles from their apartment, and exploring the nearby towns of Yardley, Pa. and Princeton, where there is always something to do. They enjoy trying new cafes and restaurants in the area. They also like to spend their free time working out in the clubhouse gym or participating in one of the fitness classes The Hopewell Chapter offers as part of its comprehensive amenity package. You can also find Ms. Stiner with her hands in the soil at the on-site community garden.

“We really love the area. A lot of great places are within 15 or 20 minutes and everything is a beautiful drive,” Mr. Zoppi said. “The property too. It’s really beautiful and well-kept. We have so many photos of us just walking around with the sun setting over the green grass, and the property looks amazing.”
