When Joseph Zoppi and Natalie Stiner share pictures of themselves swimming, relaxing by the fire pit, or strolling through natural green landscapes, their friends ask them where they went on vacation. When it is time to relax together, they step out onto their private balcony.

“I love our little balcony. It overlooks the pool and has fantastic views of the sunset,” Ms. Stiner said. “Overall, everything is very clean looking and modern. Very inviting. I feel like from the first moment we moved here it has been a welcoming place to live.”

“We really love the area. A lot of great places are within 15 or 20 minutes and everything is a beautiful drive,” Mr. Zoppi said. “The property too. It’s really beautiful and well-kept. We have so many photos of us just walking around with the sun setting over the green grass, and the property looks amazing.”
