MERCER COUNTY, NJ — A speciality bakery opened its second Mercer County location in Hamilton recently.

Mayor Jeff Martin joined community members and local officials March 12 for the ribbon-cutting ceremony of Nothing Bundt Cakes at Hamilton Marketplace.

The franchise, founded in Las Vegas in 1997 by Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz as a home-based baking venture, has grown into what the company describes as the nation's leading specialty cake brand, with hundreds of locations across the United States and Canada.
