Paris Baguette Bakery And Cafe Now Open At Pier Village
It's located right on the boardwalk where the sushi restaurant used to be.

LONG BRANCH, NJ — Paris Baguette bakery and cafe is now officially open at Pier Village in Long Branch (60 Centennial Drive).
The new 2,984-square-foot café took over the former sushi restaurant space right on the boardwalk. The bakery will sell fresh-baked goods and artisan coffee beverages.
The owners, Ameeshi Chovatia-Patel and Devanshu Patel, are local to the area.

Chovatia-Patel is a former chemist in the pharmaceutical industry. She wanted to trade in her corporate career to open a franchise and pursue her lifelong passion for home-made baked goods.
“Opening Paris Baguette in Long Branch is something we’ve been working toward for a long time,” her husband, Patel, said. “We want this café to feel welcoming from the moment people walk in, whether they’re stopping by for coffee, picking up something for their family, or meeting a neighbor. We’re grateful to be part of this community and excited to build those relationships.”

The Pier Village Paris Baguette in Long Branch is the 32nd store to open in the state of New Jersey. Paris Baguette plans to open 1,000 locations across the U.S. and Canada by 2030.
