Long Valley's Primary Election: Unofficial Results

Two Republicans are vying for a chance to sit on the Washington Township dais.

LONG VALLEY, NJ — Polls for Washington Township's Primary Election have closed, and results are beginning to stream in.

This year's primary election is set to be a consequential one in Long Valley, with the two Republicans vying for the nomination to run for the committee.

Joshua A. Drake and Bryan E. Nesfeder, two political newcomers, are going head-to-head for the nomination. The winner of the vote-for-one election will likely head into the General Election uncontested, as no Democrats have filed a petition at this time.

  • Bryan E. Nesfeder: 654 votes
