Chef Alberto Salas isn’t just cooking dinner, he’s putting on a full-on paella performance at our Paella Party at Cropsey Community Farm.

Expect a giant pan, incredible aromas, and the kind of moment where you suddenly understand why paella is such a celebration. One moment it’s ingredients, the next it’s a shared feast - no magic trick, just Chef Alberto doing what he does best.

Along the way, he’ll share the traditions and techniques behind authentic paella… so you can impress people later by casually saying “actually, paella should always start with a good sofrito.”

Your evening also includes:
A guided farm tour (yes, we show off a little)
 Empanada appetizers (because waiting is hard)
 Salad fresh from our fields (farm-to-table, very literal)
 Your choice of Land & Sea or Roasted Vegetarian Paella (selected in advance)
 Farm-made sangria and wine (the “this is a good idea” beverage)
 Churros with dulce de leche or chocolate + fresh strawberries (because obviously)
