Manville Police Department Looks To Add New Officer: What To Know

Minimum qualifications include New Jersey residency, 60 college credits and U.S. citizenship.

MANVILE, NJ — The Manville Police Department is seeking a certified police officer to join its patrol division.

Applicants must hold a New Jersey B.C.P.O. certification or currently attend an alternate-route police academy.

The advertised patrol officer salary ranges from $64,600 to $156,884 in 2028. Lateral transfers are encouraged to apply.

Minimum qualifications include New Jersey residency, 60 college credits, U.S. citizenship, a valid New Jersey driver’s license, a clean criminal record, a good driving history, good physical condition, and good moral character.
