New Captain To Assume Command At Naval Weapons Station Earle
The change of command ceremony will take place onboard NWS Earle in early July.

COLTS NECK, NJ — Captain Kent “Brewski” Smith will turn over
Command of Naval Weapons Station Earle to a new captain in July.
On Thursday, July 2, Capt. Smith will turn over command to Capt. Brian A. Forster, in a change of command ceremony onboard NWS Earle at 9 a.m.
Rear Adm. Stephen Barnett, Commander, Navy Region Mid-
Atlantic, will preside over the ceremony, officials said.

Smith will report next month to his new assignment as Commanding Officer, Navy Reserve Officer Training Corps, University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas.
