Nicole Paserchia is a truly exceptional educator at Middletown High School North who consistently goes above and beyond for her students. She is hardworking, thoughtful and deeply caring, holding her students to high standards while providing the support they need to succeed. Whether helping students prepare for tests and quizzes, attending school events or simply being a trusted presence in their lives, Nicole demonstrates an unwavering commitment to her school community.

Throughout her career, she has overcome significant adversity with resilience and grace, serving as an inspiration to both colleagues and students. Her students adore her and often gravitate toward her "like ducklings following their mother," a testament to the genuine relationships she builds. Beyond the classroom, Nicole volunteers her time helping rescue dogs, reflecting the same compassion and selflessness she shows every day as a teacher. She is the kind of educator who changes lives and is highly deserving of recognition.
