We are Dr. Mathilde DeGraff and Dr. Holly String. We are private at home physical therapists, specializing in neurological rehabilitation and general functional fitness and healthy aging. Our company is called Balance Back to Life PT and we see clients in the comfort of their home for 60-90 minute sessions. We serve all of Essex County.
We see a variety of different clients with different goals and needs, ranging from improving mobility, reducing pain, to learning how to walk and move again! Examples being: strengthening, pain management, balance/fall risk, parkinsons, multiple sclerosis, post stroke, variety of neurological conditions, geriatric, and a lot more!
