Forward Motion Counseling Services is a QPOC founded company that values the importance of human relationships as a vehicle for change. You might have experienced exclusion, violence, trauma, pain, or fear in your past. Some find ways of coping and thriving while others get stuck in a cycle of pain. Out of that arises recurring fears, sadness, and anger that may show up moment to moment in our lives and disrupt relationships, work, and play.
