Man Kills Fellow Inmate At South Jersey Jail, Prosecutor Says
A fight after a religious service broke out at the Garden State Youth Correctional Facility.

CHESTERFIELD, NJ — A 23-year-old inmate is said to be responsible for the death of a fellow prisoner at the Garden State Youth Correctional Facility, the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office said.
Trevor Banton, of East Orange, was charged with first-degree murder.
On July 17, a "disturbance" took place in a prison gym after multiple inmates went to a religious service.

Officers responded and found Yasin Sellers, 24, slumped over on the floor and unresponsive.
Sellers was declared dead at the scene.

According to early evidence, he collapsed after he was assaulted.
Banton will make an appearance in Mount Holly Superior Court before his case is prepared for a grand jury.
