NJ Man Charged With Sex Assault Of Young Girl, Prosecutor Says

MOUNT HOLLY, NJ — A 45-year-old man was charged with sexually assaulting a young girl, the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office said.

Gregory P. Regan, of Evesham, was charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault and second-degree sexual assault.

A relative of the girl reached out to law enforcement to report the assault.

Regan was brought into custody on May 11 and taken to the Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly.

A Superior Court judge ordered him to remain detained pending trial.
