NJ Woman Shot In PA State Park, Police Say
Jevonn J. Brown shot his girlfriend during an argument while they sat in a vehicle at a Pennsylvania state park, authorities said.
MUDDY CREEK TWP., PA — A South Jersey woman was shot by her boyfriend during an argument at a Pennsylvania state park, Pennsylvania State Police said.
Jevonn J. Brown, 31, was visiting Moraine State Park in Muddy Creek Township with his girlfriend, 29, when the two got into an argument at about 3:19 a.m. Saturday, police said.
During the argument, Brown shot his girlfriend with a pistol multiple times as the two sat in a vehicle, according to police.

The woman was treated on the scene before being hospitalized, police said. Her current condition is unknown.
Brown was charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault and recklessly endangering. He was taken to Butler County Jail.
